These terms govern your use of the West African Gold Markets website and any services you engage through it. By using this site you agree to them.
1. Products & Pricing
Gold products are priced to the live gold spot price plus a disclosed premium. Because the gold market rate moves continuously, a displayed price is indicative and final pricing is confirmed at the time your order is locked with the trading desk.
2. Orders, Payment & Shipping
Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. Insured shipping timelines are estimates and may vary with carrier schedules. Title and risk pass on delivery for shipped orders, or on collection for vault-stored orders.
3. Sell-Back / Cash for Gold
Buyback offers are based on certified assaying of the actual items received. Estimated payouts shown on this website are indicative only. If you decline our final offer, your items are returned to you fully insured at no charge.
4. Mining Land Brokerage
West African Gold Markets acts as a licensed broker for gold mining concession sales and lease rentals in Ghana. Listing information, including geology and Minerals Commission license status, is provided in good faith from seller-supplied and independently reviewed documentation, but buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence. Engagement terms are set out in a separate brokerage agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
The website and its tools are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, West African Gold Markets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
